BAPTISM
Baptism Preparation: First time parents are required have a baptism preparation session prior to their child's
baptism. One or both parents need to be registered members in the parish in order to have a child baptized here. Please contact the parish office to schedule a time to meet with Father Garrett.
Reminder about Godparents: A Godparent must be a "practicing Catholic": is over the age of 16, has received the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Catholic Church, and participates in the Sacramental life of the Church. There may be no more than 2 Godparents, one male and one female.

PENANCE/RECONCILIATION
Private reconciliation is offered on Saturdays at 3:30 PM before Mass at St. Luke's and Sundays at 8:00 AM before Mass at St. John's. Parish Communal Reconciliation Services are held in Advent and Lent.
MARRIAGE
To schedule a wedding date, call the parish office, 546-2482. The Diocese of Madison requires a 6-month minimum notice. We strongly recommend at least one year notice in advance.
ANOINTING OF THE SICK
Individual celebrations can be arranged by calling the parish office.
COMMUNION FOR THE HOMEBOUND
If you are homebound and unable to attend Mass and wish to be on our First Friday Communion List, please contact the parish office.
