St. Luke Catholic Church

A note from vistors to the shrine:

"Thank you so much for maintaining such a beautiful pilrimage site. Our family visited the outdoor stations of the cross a few weeks ago & really enjoyed the epxerience.  It was a great COVID pilrimage site!"

 HIDDEN TREASURE
St. Anne's Chapel has been a part of the history of Plain for
many years.  This peaceful place of prayer is located on top
of the hillside behind St. Luke's Church and Cemetery.

The Stations of the Cross line the trail as people journey up
the hill.  The view from the chapel is awesome and the quiet
setting is perfect for reflecting on God's gracious care for us.

Pictured here is the original statue of the Blessed Mother from the shrine.  It was donated by the Dischler Family.  The statue of St. Bernadette was donated by the Knights of  Columbus. Both statues are now located inside the chapel.
Thanks to all for their generosity!

The Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes gives honor to our Blessed Mother and provides another place for prayer. The new statues of the Blessed Mother and St. Bernadette were donated by Tom and Soni Kraemer.
